Receipt / Payment Analysis

• Similar to Sales Analysis, you can now group your receipts and payments by Ledger Group, Voucher Type, Cost Category, Cost Center in addition to Ledger.
• Check it right away by clicking on the Receipts on the Dashboard and then click on ‘Group by: Ledger’ and select the grouping type you wish to view your data by.

Improvements

• View the unit when viewing inventory by godown and batch
• View purchase reference number in ledger report and PDF file that is shared
• View stock item unit in item report
• On clicking an address in customer information screen, we now open it in the default Maps Application
• View the amount in addition to quantity in Inactive Items report
• In Top Items report, added a column for quantity while sharing the PDF report

Outstanding (Receivable/Payable) ageing report

• For receivables/payables, while filtering data we were showing options like 0-30, 30-60, 60-90 etc to filter the list by bills pending in the selected range. However we have now changed that to all pending bills >0, >30, >60, >90 etc so that sharing bills older than a given range becomes easier as compared to before.
• The graph of ageing bills will be same as it used to be before.

Miscellaneous

• Turning off daily notifications was not working because of a bug. We have fixed that now.
• Added date while sharing outstanding of a customer as PDF
• Fixed UI issue, where the unit was coming twice while sharing an invoice as PDF
• Now, you can share ledger statements of bank and cash accounts as well from the app
• Fixed an issue where certain items where not shown to users who had restricted permissions.

Surprise Feature

• Over the last month, we have been working a new surprise feature which is currently in beta and should be launched within the next 2-3 weeks.

Searchable filter list

• If you have a big list of ledger groups, you are going to love this feature. We have added a search functionality while filtering the ledger groups in all screens where it is applicable. For example, if you go in Receivables, you can filter the list of ledgers by ledger group. Now, when you click on the ‘All Groups’ by default,

• We have added search functionality in the list of users and list of companies for users who have a large list of them.
